Who We Are

Joseph S. Connor, AIA, NCARB, has been with the firm for 17 years and has participated in the design and construction of numerous projects. A graduate of Lebanon Catholic High School he attended Spring Garden College and Miami (OH) University where he received his Master of Architecture Degree. Before joining our firm in 1997, Mr. Connor served his architectural internship at several established architectural firms in Philadelphia, Harrisburg and Lancaster, PA.  As President of Kaylor Architects, Mr. Connor is responsible for business and project development.  He is also responsible for project administration, project schedules and budgets, quality control and supervision of project design and staff, from conceptual design through construction documentation, approval and construction administration. He attends St. Paul the Apostle Roman Catholic Church in Annville where he lives with his wife, Michelle and 3 sons. He serves locally as the Annville Township Historical Architectural Review Board Chairman and is a member of the Diocesan Building Commission for the Diocese of Harrisburg. He is a board member of the ACE Mentor Program of Central PA and a team leader of the Dauphin County Chapter.


Craig A. Dzurko, RA, NCARB, has been with the firm for 10 years and has participated in the design and construction of numerous projects. He is a graduate of Drexel University where he received his Bachelor of Architecture Degree. Before joining our firm in 2004, Mr. Dzurko served his architectural internship at several established architectural firms in Princeton, NJ and Philadelphia, PA.  As Vice President of Kaylor Architects, Mr. Dzurko is responsible for responsible for project administration, project schedules and budgets, quality control and supervision of project design and staff, from conceptual design through construction documentation, approval and construction administration. In addition he serves as the firm I.T. administrator. He lives in Lititz with his wife, Liz and 3 children.
