It is with deep regret that we announce the closure of Kaylor Architects, Inc. As a valued current, past client or consultant we would like to take this opportunity to inform you of this decision. Continued limited economic improvement, combined with the ongoing burden of our purchase agreement, has resulted in this action, an action that we do not take lightly and one that we do so with a great sense of loss and regret. We have faced many difficult decisions in the ongoing operation of our firm in the last several years and we appreciate your support and patronage through this period. We ceased operation December 31, 2014.

While this action represents the completion of a chapter in our careers, throughout the past nine years of our ownership we have enjoyed working with you, our clients and consultants, and we value the relationships that we have forged. We look forward to continuing those relationships we have built in our future careers.

It has been both our privilege and pleasure to have provided you with architectural services.
